STATIC LOAD TEST
According to the setting of KGF loading pressurize in the caster then continuously pressurize for a couple of minutes. Not only determined the caster’s uncracked but also examined the value of H and the main composition’s deformed.
DROP TEST
The caster was fixed on the foundation then setting the drop hammer’s height and weight. The drop hammer bumped in a very short time to examine the caster’s uncracked and deformed.
CASTER DURABILITY TEST
Setting the loading , per hour back & forth 2KM , per 1.6m has 3 m/m bump. (It has to stop two minutes per turn three minutes ) Testing endurance.
SLOPE TEST
According to the loading capability of the caster, setting 30 degree to test the brake position whether the caster will step back or not.
TRUNTABLE TEST
Setting the loading , per hour back & forth 2KM , per 1.6m has 3 m/m bump. (It has to stop two minutes per turn three minutes ) Testing endurance.
